About us
Northwest Development Agency ("NWDA") is a Non-Departmental Public Body (NDPB), established under the Regional Development Agencies Act 1998, and is one of nine similar organisations covering all the English regions and London. The Agency's statutory remit is to further the sustainable economic development and regeneration of the North West region through the promotion of business competitiveness, efficiency and investment, employment and skills development.
